On-line, In-person, and Self-study Courses
My continuing education program, Psychoanalytic Essentials, is designed to help mental health providers develop and improve their competence and skills in the practice of psychotherapy with a psychoanalytic lens. Professionals can participate in courses that delve into psychoanalytic theory and technique, informed by contemporary models of psychoanalysis in the British object relations tradition.
Most of the Psychoanalytic Essentials courses are offered in a small group format, 8-12 people, either live on-line or in-person. This format offers an engaging learning experience, a “working seminar” that allows for interaction and values the clinical experiences of all participants. A new self-study (distance learning) option is now available!
Through my providership with the California Psychological Association, eligible licensed mental health professionals may earn continuing education credit for my courses (see details below).
